Cost of Mediation

Why Mediation Often Costs Less Than Litigation

Mediation is almost always more affordable than going through the court system. Litigation often involves unpredictable legal fees, multiple court appearances, lengthy delays, and increased emotional strain. Mediation is designed to be a more efficient, cooperative, and cost-effective process focusing on practical solutions instead of legal battles. With mediation, you invest in reaching resolution rather than escalating conflict.

Flat-Fee Services

We offer clear, flat-fee pricing to reduce uncertainty and support good decision-making during divorce. Our fees are based on the type of service you choose, with optional add-on services available at an hourly rate. To help you get started, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and determine the services that are the best fit for your situation. After the consultation, based on your needs, a fee schedule will be provided.

Our flat-fee mediation packages include everything necessary to complete the process. This means you’ll know the total cost in advance with no surprises or hidden fees. Each flat-fee service covers:

  • Client communication and correspondence
  • Administrative time and costs (including software, supplies, and record keeping)
